ABOUT THIS WINE
Its scent arrives with a proliferating intensity as a rendezvous of elderberry, freshly cut grass, scent molecules in a bittersweet cloud that surrounds you. Green and, at the same time, fruity; fresh, crunchy, almost snack-like fresh. It’s like walking through a market among crates packed with fruit to the rim. In a sip of it, vigorous acids bloom, a slightly astringent juiciness of citrus fruits appears, as does the nettle syrup. Pulsatingly lively, inviting summer wine that calls for a terrace, a comfortable chair and good company.
How is it made?
Manual cluster selection. Alcoholic fermentation in a stainless steel tank in a reductive space by variety. After separate maturation, we blend to achieve the best taste and aroma harmony.
