ABOUT THIS WINE
Even at first glance, it seems like a wine to brag about. Thick, dark, full. A little grunt on the outside, the scent a little back – caught but deep. “A Great Wine”. In a sip, it shows why the big one is enjoyable – as it contains fruit, dry matter, jam and fresh, well-ripened blackberries, then plums, but there is also a chocolate coating and honey creaminess. It doesn’t give up easily, the barrel still covers a lot, but it opens nicely in a glass and can be aged in a bottle for a long time. First with a glass to accompany food, then one or two more afterwards, an all-night experience.
How is it made?
Manual bunch- and then berry selection. Alcoholic fermentation in a stainless steel tank in a reductive space. Maturation for 12 months in oak barrels.
