ABOUT THIS WINE
Rhine Riesling so really good that you can’t resist its tempting. Already recognisable by its scent: apple, white-fleshed peach, spiced with a hint of gas station atmosphere. A note of petroleum is the main value of this wine, which is definitely to be felt and which also transpires its maturity. In a sip of it, valuable acids preserve its vitality. The emphasis is on matured notes. We can open a bottle of it in a rounded, ripe state. Not a serious wine. To be taken in a slow sip; thought-provoking, let’s take time to explore it!
How is it made?
Manual cluster selection. Alcoholic fermentation in a stainless steel tank in a reductive space, followed by maturation for 6 months in a tank, kept on fine lees.
