ABOUT THIS WINE
A definite, hard-bound Szekszárd blend characterised by cabernet dominance, which already appears in its scent. In addition to the berries, the tailor-made barrel spice and some green spice add colour. It has content, a sip of it is muscular, the berries flow from it, the spicy forest fruits emerge, some sweet, oriental spicy playfulness appears at the closing. The tannin appears stronger than average, the alcohol is not weak either, but overall this wine presents a complete image.
How is it made?
Manual bunch- and then berry selection. Alcoholic fermentation in a stainless steel tank in a reductive space by variety, followed by a blending of the varieties after fermentation to find the best taste and aroma harmony. Maturation for 12 months in oak barrels.
