ABOUT THIS WINE
A definite Szekszárd Cuvée Cabernet with French dominance is the first to show in its fragrance. Berries and ripe raspberries are present in a sip; elegant barrel notes, sweet spices, roasted notes, a pleasant tannin feel make it meaningful. It has strength, firmness, fruit and spice, and long-lasting flavours. Hardcover, the potential is very much in it. It will be a lasting experience for years, served in glasses to food and kept in a cellar.
How is it made?
Manual cluster selection. Alcoholic fermentation in a stainless steel tank in a reductive space.Each batch is matured separately, the best ones are selected and matched. In general, ageing in oak barrels lasts for 12 months, but in the case of Cabernet Franc it could take for up to 14 months.
