ABOUT THIS WINE
As a result of the common thinking, the Szekszárd Bottle was born, which can only be filled with the outstanding wines of the Szekszárd wine region, the Szekszárd bull’s blood, Kékfrankos and Kadarka. The wines are selected on the basis of blind tasting, thus ensuring that the wines with a characteristic varietal or wine-style character are produced.
Due to the special microclimate of the Lajvér stream valley, its unique loess-rich soils and its vineyards to the south it is also a curiosity within the Szekszárd Wine Region. We only had to add our maximalism to the excellent foundations to let this Bull’s Blood be born. The end result speaks for itself – scented with ripe red berries, cherries, hibiscus and sweet spiciness displayed. It is characterized by elegance, medium intensity, harmonious acid structure and round tannins.
How it is made?
Hand-picked and then berry-picked. Alcoholic fermentation in a stainless steel tank in a reductive space by variety, followed by maturation in oak barrels for 12 months after fermentation. After separate maturation, we blend in to find the best harmony of taste and aroma.
