ABOUT THIS WINE
The valley of the Lajvér stream provides a unique microclimate for our southern vineyards with terraces. On loess soil, each variety achieves its maximum performance year to year. Its aroma is made irresistible by forest fruits, cherries and some chocolate. A sip of this is made irresistible by wine velvety tannins and a pleasant acidity. Perfect for red, juicy meats, pâtés and chocolate desserts.
How it is made:
After thorough sorting and careful processing, the must of Cabernet Franc grapes is fermented in a steel tank. Some of it is aged in Hungarian oak barrels for 12 months. The end result is an elegant, restrained wine.
