Intense, immediately green, fruity and crisp sparkling wine, which, at the same time, shows almost snack-fresh aromas. In a sip of it, vigorous acids bloom, next to which juiciness appears. With the addition of carbon dioxide, we have achieved the feeling of crunchy fruitiness, which is even fresher and more exciting. Pulsatingly lively, a real summer inviting wine that calls for a terrace, a comfortable chair and good company.
How is it made?
Manual cluster selection. Alcoholic fermentation in a stainless steel tank in a reductive space by variety. After separate maturation, we blend to achieve the best taste and aroma harmony. During bottling, carbon dioxide is added to make it a sparkling wine.
