ABOUT THIS WINE
Blueberries, blackcurrants, cool mint, and freshly ground pepper also appear in its scent; in a sip, the skin adds another shade, not intrusively, just enough to make it more exotic. The firm tannin in the taste experience of cocoa and the aromas of roasted seeds also enrich it; this wine is not dense, but still quite intense in the mouth. A durable, live wine that can still be matured, but one will not make a mistake if they take a sip of it now – it is there, near the top.
How is it made?
After fermentation in steel tanks, it was aged for 12 months in oak barrels. A full-bodied deep burgundy wine in which a well-chosen harvest date, careful processing and barrel selection have resulted in a truly characteristic, mature wine.
