ABOUT THIS WINE:
The valley of the Lajvér stream is a real curiosity due to its special microclimate, loess-rich soils and southern vineyards. This decidedly tannic, intense Cabernet sauvignon was born on this excellent foundation. It is characterised by a full-bodied, deep burgundy colour, accompanied by the flavour of black berries with sweet spices. Characteristic wine with long maturation potential.
A small batch wine with a unique serial number; only 1179 bottles have been made and it is available exclusively in the Lajver Wine Bistro and in our webshop.
How is it made?
After processing, the carefully selected grapes were fermented in steel tanks and then aged for 12 months in barrique barrels made of Hungarian and French oak.
