Dry red wine with a Pannon protected denomination of origin
Kékfrancos (blue franc), made from select material, perfectly matured grapes, picked from low-loaded vines Medium body with a characterful flavour. A real experience wine, in which the barrel notes give a harmonious complement and roundness.
Small batch wine with a unique serial number, only 696 bottles have been made and it is available only in the Lajver Wine Bistro and in our webshop.
How was it made:
After gentle processing, it was fermented in a tub with manual brewing. We aged it for 18 months in first and second-filled Hungarian barrique barrels.
Alcohol: 12.5%, acid: 5.5 g/l
