Dry red wine from Szekszárd with a protected denomination of origin
Red berries in the aroma and soft tannins in its taste make this Pinot noir lovely light and elegant. Its vibrating acids were preserved by careful selection of the harvest time. Naturally beautiful, sophisticatedly harmonious.
A small batch wine with a unique serial number, only 1331 bottles have been made and it is available exclusively in the Lajver Wine Bistro and in our webshop.
How is it made?
- Manual cluster selection. Alcoholic fermentation in a stainless steel tank in a reductive space. We aged it for 16 months in 500 litre first and second filled, medium roasted French and Hungarian oak barrels.
